THEREZA NAUDĖ is the Executive Head of Group Operations at LGR Incorporated, where she is responsible for overseeing all operational functions across the group; including Human Resources, Recruitment, Training, Technology Services, Compliance, BPO and Corporate Social Responsibility. She leads the Operations teams with a focus on integration and driving strategic growth across all areas of the business.
THULANE MTSWENI graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with BA and LLB degrees. He is an admitted Attorney, specialises in Labour Law and was retained by the company as HR Manager.
CARMEN ROUX is the Operations Manager of LGR Incorporated, and she manages all activities relating to services and the day-to-day business requirements of our firm.
MARIUS JOUBERT is the IT Manager of LGR Incorporated, he is responsible for the coordinating, planning of all technology-related activities in our firm.
ANNEKE BLIGNAUT is the Technology Manager of LGR Incorporated, focusing on automisation and the development of efficiencies within the organisation.
LOBISA MATLOU is an accredited Training Facilitator and she is responsible for managing, planning, and coordinating all internal and external training. Her core focus is to enhance employee knowledge through upskilling to improve job performance. She thrives in this fast-paced environment and is very passionate about continuous skills development training.
BETH-MAREE LEEN graduated from the University of the Western Cape with a LLB Degree in 2001. She is an admitted Attorney and specialises in Corporate Debt Recoveries. She is highly motivated and confident to continue to improve productivity and efficiency within the firm. She has the skills and experience to manage office processes and activities within the allocated branch.
KAREN TUCKER graduated from the University of Johannesburg with an LLB degree. She is an admitted attorney with a strong interest in compliance matters. Her ambition and confidence make her well-suited to lead the Compliance Department.
LEE-ANN BEZUIDENHOUT graduated with BA Psychology degree. She has a robust background in talent acquisition, both locally and internationally. She is committed to cultivating a constructive, efficient and competitive recruitment division.
NATALIE GOVENDER holds a BCom degree from Milpark Business College. She has extensive experience in the contact centre industry. With her passion for operational excellence and business management, she fulfils the role of Chief Brand Officer and New Business Development Executive at LGR.
