THULANE MTSWENI holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Witwatersrand. He completed his articles at LGR Incorporated, where he developed a keen interest in labour law and employee relations, and was admitted as an Attorney in 2017.

Following his admission, Thulane joined the firm’s Human Resources Department and was later appointed Head of Human Resources, gaining extensive experience in labour law, employment relations, workplace compliance, disciplinary proceedings, dispute resolution, and strategic human resource management. In recognition of his leadership, commitment, and contribution to the firm, he was appointed as a Director of LGR Incorporated in April 2026.

Having been part of the firm for over a decade, Thulane has grown alongside the organisation and built strong, trusted relationships with colleagues, management, and clients. He is passionate about fostering fair workplace practices, providing practical labour law solutions, and partnering with clients to navigate complex employment matters with confidence and integrity.
