NIKI STANDER is a Director at LGR Incorporated and heads the firm’s Foreclosures & Secured Asset Litigation Department. She graduated cum laude from the University of Pretoria with a Bachelor of Commerce in Law (BCom Law) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Having joined LGR Incorporated in 2011, she has developed extensive expertise in foreclosure litigation, secured asset litigation and banking recoveries, acting for some of South Africa’s leading financial institutions.

Niki is recognised for her analytical mindset, attention to detail and strategic approach to complex litigation. She is passionate about developing people, optimising the use of technology, refining processes and exploring better ways of working to strengthen quality, reduce legal risk and deliver practical, commercially sound solutions for clients.

In recognition of her leadership, technical expertise and longstanding contribution to the firm, Niki was appointed as a Director of LGR Incorporated in April 2026.
