ERIKA LOUW is the Founder and Managing Director of LGR Incorporated. LGR is part of a specialist legal and business services group that provides debt recovery, litigation, property and conveyancing services, as well as business process outsourcing solutions to many of South Africa’s leading financial institutions and corporate entities.

An attorney, conveyancer and notary, Erika holds BLC and LLB degrees from the University of Pretoria and an international MBA from the University of Bradford (UK). She is admitted to practise law in South Africa, England, and Wales, with cross-qualification in New Zealand.

Over the past 25 years, Erika has grown LGR into a diversified group of companies. She is recognised for her strategic leadership, commercial insight and commitment to innovation, governance and operational excellence, with a strong focus on building sustainable businesses and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
