Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a law firm would be an advantage but is not compulsory.

Minimum Requirements

  • Completed Matric.
  • 3-5 years in an administrator role where you used Excel daily.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Collections software would be advantageous (For example Excalibur, AJS etc)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in a law firm or collections environment is a plus.
